Originating from New York City, the famous Burger Joint has opened an outlet in Singapore to serve fans Manhattan-style burgers. The American diner is hidden from plain sight and its physical address of Amoy Street will fool first-time visitors. Here’s a quick tip: Ignore the official address on Google and instead make your way to the obscure alleyway behind Amoy Street. The only signage to indicate its presence is a neon burger symbol. Upon arriving at the speakeasy-themed restaurant, make a beeline for their sinful double bacon cheeseburger.

Fat Boys Thomson
Fat Boy’s The Burger Bar is a homegrown brand with humble beginnings. Today, the uniquely Singaporean burger bistro has several outlets – it has even extended to offshore destinations such as Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, and Phnom Penh. Despite its regional success, Fat Boy’s The Burger Bar remains down to earth and has kept its prices affordable. Order their signature Fat Basterd burger, which comprises double beef chuck patties, cheddar cheese, bacon, a fried egg and home-made BBQ sauce sandwiched between sesame seed buns. Alternatively, you can build your own burger!

From prime beef to vegetarian portobello, the comprehensive menu currently boasts 13 scrumptious options. These buns are made in-house by Two Blur Guys and characterized by a lightly toasted exterior with delightfully soft insides.

Wolf Burgers is the brainchild of an unlikely squad – a self-taught cook, private banker, musician and private equity professional. Believe it or not, these four friends have combined forces to create one of Singapore’s best burger joints. The tasty wolf wagyu burger is highly recommended; a succulent wagyu beef patty is served with aged cheddar cheese and browned onions. For a Singaporean twist, try their nasi lemak fried fish burger – it comes with spicy sambal chili and a fried egg.

Omakase burger singapore
Over the years, Omakase Burger has been featured in countless media publications and it has certainly lived up to its hype. But the restaurant’s phenomenal success is no feat of sheer luck. The divine handmade burgers are the result of arduous research and innumerable recipe tests. Its omakase cheeseburger – consisting of hand-ground USDA grade beef, American cheese, lettuce, secret house sauce, and toasted handcrafted buns – is a real crowd-pleaser.

Relish by Wild Rocket is helmed by Singaporean lawyer-turned-chef Willin Low. The renowned chef has coined the terminology “mod sin,” which means modern Singaporean cuisine. It is an open burger made from home-baked focaccia bread topped with stewed char siew soft bone, pork and a lip-smacking char siew sauce made with a guarded recipe.

Three Buns
Three Buns is a concept launched by the successful Potato Head Family – and the reputable brand does not believe in taking shortcuts. Only high-quality Australian beef and the freshest possible ingredients are used. Almost every item – even their ketchup sauce – is impressively made from scratch! Three Buns’ red man burger is a decadent creation boasting a tender beef cheek that has been “sous-vided” for 24 whopping hours. Braised in a sweet-spicy sauce and served with freshly baked artisan buns, this rendang-inspired burger is seriously the bomb.
